Speeding was the cause of an early morning, single-vehicle wreck that ended with an SUV on its side in the Interstate 205 median, according to the Washington State Patrol. Thomas Sullivan, 31, of Milwaukie, Ore., was traveling northbound and towing a small trailer at about 5:12 a.m. when he lost control, slipped off the roadway and came to a rest in the median. The wreck, near milepost 32, backed up the interstate during the early portion of the morning commute. Wilson and Kassandra Ely, 31, a passenger in the vehicle, were both transported to Southwest Washington Medical Center to be treated for bumps and bruises. Ely lives in Vancouver.Wilson was charged with allowing the trailer to oscillate.
